David is a Notary Public appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida.
Florida is one of three states in the Union that allow Notary Publics to perform
wedding ceremonies. With this in mind we are called Wedding Officiants. We are
not clergy so we do not represent a particular religion.
We are not a referal service so we don't "assign" you a wedding officiant.
David is the person with whom you will meet, discuss, plan, officiate and
solomnize your marriage.
David and Sandra were married by a Notary Public, so they understand the

ceremony.
